PS: The difference in the head color is because of the breast color.

WB Blues will have more of a sand or beige color, whereas PB will be more "Salmon" in color generally.

You might also notice that in normals, WB usually have a cleaner/brighter, richer color. I believe it is because of the way the WB further reduces the melanin produced in the head color so the actual "pigment" color of the head shows more "pure."

If that makes sense....

For example - these two are sisters.. notice how much more "bright" red hen #2 looks.

I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, for sure, but it seems in any case that the lighter colored heads on the blues are predominantly in conjunction with being lilac or WB :)
