Sorry, I wasn't able to attach photo. But my bird looks very much like this bird in question, the only thing is, that mine has a big white spot inside where that dark bip is.

Very interesting Finches! It's strange how zebra and a shaftail would mate! Shaft Tail with Masked are a little bit similar, but still strange!
Budgies, Gouldians, European Goldfinch, Euroasian Siskin, Shaftails, Societies, Diamond Doves, Zebras, Parrot Finches, Javas, Canaries, African Silverbills... hope i didn't forgot sometin'!

I deffinatly see shafttail in there, and zebra too. And mannikin, where did he buy the female? She might have been kept with a hybrid that bred with her creating yet another hybrid. Has the zebra finch shape sorta, tail bars, mannkin beak, shafttail markings. Amazing bird.
