As the subject says I need a little help as to with what pairings I can get blue pastel babies?

both parents or just one needs to have a purple breast? What if they have a lilac breast?

Lilac breast will produce silvers. But if it is a purple/lilac breast then you would have the blue pastel.

Just one needs to be a purple. I bred pb to wb and got pastels, although the father was a pastel to begin with but we are talking breast colors here, and I think it would apply to any combination that could produce Pastels, if you want blue pastel babies you need one purple breast parent.

I'm not sure about Lilacs but I would say the same applies as long as one is a pb.
