Black cheek Zebra

Post by CandoAviary » Tue Mar 01, 2011 12:18 am

Look at this cutey that just fledged. He must have some pied somewhere in his background because he sure does have a white head...I love the combination of the white head with those black cheeks . He has a dark dot in the middle of the white head patch.

Candace, he is a cutie...I am going to set up a black cheek with a crested pied soon.

Black cheek are sweet little zebras...a little more laid back!

I usually not a very big fan of zebras, but this sure cute one. I like the coloring, so unusual.

Hehe what cutie pies! The pattern on the male's head reminds me of a monk's tonsure.

I was gonna suggest it, but seeing as how I am still relatively new on here, I wasn't sure if I would be out of line, telling people what to do and all. 8)

Nelissa,
Not everyone on forum chats accepts other's suggestions and opinions graciously but here most people take them with ease. As for me please feel free to be yourself. :D I love the name and think it's great that you thought the same thing.

Precious! I can't wait for my zebras to be old enough to breed! It's like Christmas morning when the babies fledge and you can get a good look at them! You'll have to post photos when Monk gets his adult feathering. Oh and Dad is a handsome boy too!
