I have a blue back female gould and a blue back male but still haven't put them together, should i put them together or is it better to put them with green backs instead?

I would personally try and find them /BB mates.

It is not a problem to put BB with split for BB. Putting 2 blues together would be risking the offspring to weakness. It does not always happen, but the chances of having strong offspring are slim.
This is what I have learned, I have never tried it.

Just wondering?? I dont have gouldians and have never kept them. I am very Keen on getting a pair down the line when I know more. But why would the offspring be weak if two blues mated???
