Pretty much the same question as the heading but I'll say over here in Australia you'd expect to pay between $300 to $350 each for a blue and $600 for a silver.
Not sure how that compares to everywhere else but it would be good to know. :D

Last time I checked in my area the silvers were going for about 350 from breeders but stores were much more. It was a long time ago because silvers don't really interest me, I like the colors. :D

Is that Australian dollars? I'm not sure of the conversion rate.

Here in the Toronto to Barrie area breeders ask about $200 for silvers, $175 for pastel blues, $150 for blues, $110 for yellows and around $75 for green Gouldians.

I think the current Australian to American dollar rate is pretty even at the moment, I could be wrong though.
But I have found that our yellows would be $50 and normal greens would be $20 or $30 each from local breeders.

and if yellows and greens are split for blue, does it change the price?

Yes, known splits are increased by $20 but a good breeder will be able to produce records to prove the splits.

wow thats very good. here if you have a yellow split to blue the price will go right up originally from $50 each to $175 each.

From the two local breeders/broker i know: normal $60, yellow $80, blue $130 - $150, split $80.

Oz$ to US$ is almost even, few cents difference.
