@Cindy
the tail bars have the dark color turned to silver , and the withe bars are not on square but in semi arrow,more pictures to day.

Mmm...yea I suppose it could possibly be an agate which is basically a silver,

I think it's got a bit of mixed feathering throughout the bird as it appears a bit strange with the silver and a bit of fawn colouration sought of mingled in throughout the body :mrgreen:

article on Fawn cheek might help explain... do you know what else your bird is split to?

http://efinch.com/species/fczeb.htm

Do you have Florida Fancy in your country or just isabel?

He looks to have either a sf FF or sf isabel appearance to him, if mom is a visual fawn he is likely split to fawn

about SF ff or isabel, i remember that i had purchased a stronge grey silver male wich has not the breast bar when i brood it with a rcfw /isa i got 2 greys and one same as dad a silvery grey witch infortunatly i lost both dad and son :?
when i consult the Roy Beckham web site he was exactly like the sf ff grey , i dont think that we have FF here , but isabel for sure not to much :-Q , so may be he was an isabel grey one
his mom is in the first picture
i see here as fawn , i got here from this FC father and a fawn / BC ; 'll check her again
