It looks like a seagreen parrot finch to me...I have both red and seagreen at home.

Luis baleia I don't know much about parrot finches, but that does look like a sea-green. Welcome to the forum! There's lots of good reading at www.finchinfo.com, where you will find many articles on finch care.
