One question she looks very slim and I was wondering if this is when they are young because I've noticed all mine seem to plump up and go broader at about 4-5 months but I've got one now I haven't bred and it's very thin so want to know if it's young also she doesn't seem interested in the dances either

Doesn't red-brown come from the same color mutation as fawn, or is there some other mutation at play? I've always heard society finches only come in fawn, chestnut, and chocolate base colors but other mutations can change the intensity; is this true?
