So a day or so ago, I noticed white on the edges of my bf zebras wings, and I suddenly realised he must be split for pied as this is a sign of being split for pied, am I correct? I can try and get pics if needed and he also has white flecks among the black on his chest.

The white seems to have disappeared but he has brown lacing in his wings which I'm not sure if that means anything...?

Flight Feathers how old is he they don’t usually get full colouration till abit 3-6 months through this stage is when you can see there real colour and all the specks start to disappear, I always think iv bred a society self and they get to this age and a white spec apears I’ve only ever had two Sadley one died and the other I had to sell due to lack of space and trying to interbreed

Fraza he has a full colored beak and full markings, I bought him from the pet shop and I'm pretty sure he's an adult. Im not sure how long I've had him now... Maybe a couple of months ? Definitely must be fully matured adult. I think the white was more or less a moult.

Hi I can try and get a pic today if they haven't started incubating. No idea about the red eyes... I think his eyes are more black than red though. I really hope he isn't pied as every one of my other finches is! Including his mate who's pied CFW! They had 3 eggs in their nest yesterday as she's been laying every day.

Very nice male =D> look like a regular BF, does the black go down to the belly?
For the tail it's natural mutation behaviour

Thank you, is the brown in the wings normal? Not sure about the black sorry.
