I’ve seen pics of one like this before. Is it an Isabel Orange Breasted Black Breasted Black Face Fawn ? Or has it got phaeo instead?

yes that's right Bf OBBB isabel fawn., also orange face isabel i think but not sure,

Yes but without cheek patches, charcoal is an independent recessive mutation, witht faulty in the flight feathers,
