I was wrong about pied societies

Fraza and haroun and whoever else I misled
Not really sure how pied is inherited in society finches after all. I thought it was co-dominant at first, but it seems that this may not be the case. I've also seen people talking about how certain kinds of pied, like saddleback/marked pied could be selectively bred, so it kind of sounds like pied relies on more than one gene. I've also heard about both dominant and recessive pied in relation to dark-eyed whites, but I'm not exactly sure how that works either. SF and DF pied may or may not be a thing, either. So disregard everything I said about pied inheritance, because it looks like I'm wrong.
It would be good if I could edit/delete those parts of my previous posts so I don't spread any more misinformation.
