I have a Dilute RH PB GB/Blue Cock who bred 3 great clutches last season with a BH PB GB normal hen. I also have a Dilute YH (orange) PB GB Cock that produced normals, yellows and 1 YH PB GB Normal.

I recently acquired 2 new hens from a breeder: YH WB GB hen and a RH WB Blue hen.

I have not been able to figure out how to put my dilute/blue cokc in teh genetic forcaster. I am wanting to breed these hens with those two cocks (listed above, but not sure what I might get with each and whom I want to mate wiht whom to get something unique.

Can anyone help me out? I'd really like to know how to go about entering the dilute/blue cock into the genetic forecaster. Thanks!

I should also note that on the blue hen, she is of course actually salmon headed.

Try entering the body of your males as: single factor yellow and then click on split to blue (or not).

Single factor yellow males with a purple breast will give you dilute males.

A salmon head blue bodied female is a red head.

Yes, blue babies are possible - I was simply advising how to enter your dilute male into the Genetic Forecaster. Here is the resulting offspring with the two you listed:

12.5% Male >> Red (Head) - Purple / White (Chest) - SF Yellow Blue (Body)
12.5% Male >> Red (Head) - Purple / White (Chest) - SF Yellow / Blue (Body)
12.5% Male >> Red (Head) - Purple / White (Chest) - Blue (Body)
