Gould genetics... SF yellowbacks?

Quick genetics query...
I was using the gouldian finch genetics forecaster to see what outcomes I would get from my pair. Bear with me, I'm still new to this. lol. I have a DF yellow back male with a red head and purple breast. My hen is a green back with a black head and white breast.
All hens from this outcome should be yellow, and males should be dilute...BUT... If one of the males inherits his mothers white breast, that will make him a yellow??? And if he inherits her black head also...?
Does anyone know how slim the odds of this would be? Or does anyone have a pic of a single factor yellow male that is YELLOW?

Okay I'll put both feet in my mouth by saying I thought all SF Yellow males were visually yellow... And only the DF Yellow with purple breasts are visually dilute...?

Oh, hmm. You probably know better than me. I keep researching this and it shows my outcome as a yellowback hen or a reg dilute male. But it shows the male as yellow only if he is white breasted? Maybe I am misreading or misinterpreting. It seems complicated to me.
I was using this and then viewing my possible outcomes.

A SFYellow male will only be visually yellow if he has a White Breast. He will only have a WB if he gets a WB gene from both the parents. So in your case the female will give a WB but the male will, ONLY if he is split to WB. All your chicks will be split to WB, by the way.
All you rmales will be split to BH because of the BH hen.
Finch Information Center has VERY good pages on genetics that are easy to follow here;

A good picture of a SFYellow is here:

if that didn't take you right to the picture go to "gouldian finches" then "mutations" then "white breast single & double factor pastel green" then "red head white breast single factor pastel green"
Hope that helped

Okay then, so I could not have the possibility of a (visually) yellow
male offspring with my current pair. Phooey

. lol. Thanks Debbie, I had a feeling I might be jumping the gun on that, but I wanted to get all of the facts.
Liz, don't feel bad. You're still more experienced than me. I've had my Goulds for about 3 months at most. Their genetics are just plain confusing (IMO)! I guess I need to do more reading up. lol

Well, you could if your male is split to WB, surprises do happen. I NEVER rule out anything with these hidden genes. lol
