Then I was told they were actually RH because of the beak color...though I really don't see the red beak on him. Hard to capture his true color with the camera. I guess there is some confusion as to whether they are RH or YH.
Anyway I was thinking of pairing him up with an OH hen I have...most of my hens have very pretty OH. Bit if it is a RH then I would prefer to keep it that way.... which brings me to my question.
These 2 hens were in a bunch I aquired from a retiring breeder back in February. I assumed these were RH hens with poor quality of mask. One is orange with rtb and the other more of a shade of Tangerine with a rtb. The red on their beak is obvious. But their is so much bright yellow running trough the head mask.
What do you guys think? Would this be a good pair for a Tangerine headed male? Or would you pair him with a hen like in the last picture. A true OH?

And the Redder one
