Is there somewhere I can go to hear various canary chirps and what they mean? Trixie does a tweet that starts low and goes high, like tweeeeEEET. Another sound is a trill and sometimes she does that over and over. And sometimes she just says "tweet. tweet. tweet." I'm trying to figure out what she's trying to tell me.
Tonight I tried putting my hand inside the door of her cage and just holding still so she'd get used to it and that's when she did the "tweeeeEEET" sound. She didn't act scared, or flap around.

Re: What sounds mean
I thought it might be. That's the sound she made the first day when she didn't know what had happened to her and how she ended up in my house. She also did it when she was ready to go back in her cage after her excursion on Sunday. I think the trill is a happy sound because she does that when she's playing.
