A question for canary keepers re breeding

Although they are technically passerines, canaries tend to be managed uniquely, so here is a forum just for them!

So, in what month do you pair your canaries for breeding? here in Malta, EU its either mid-december or january when I start them, usually start the common ones and then week or two after the yellow mosaics, fifes, red agate and factors, and frills.

Malti

When I put Canaries to breed, it was the begining of February, but I know people who start them off in the Fall.
