Although they are technically passerines, canaries tend to be managed uniquely, so here is a forum just for them!

Getting a little crowded in the nest lol.
More pins/feathers are coming in. They are getting cuter each day!
The youngest one has red eyes, and looks like yellow feathers. So will be a lutino?
Heres 2 pics taken today
Youngest one is in the front on the left. You can see the red eyes.

Great pics!!! Especially the top one

. How do they all fit in those tiny nests??? I would be so worried that they would fall out

. I cant wait to see how they turn out when their feathers come in. Best of luck..

What a difference a few days make! More feathers are coming in. They are alot more active now. Preening themselves, and are more awake.
The parents defo have their work cut out for them, feeding 5 babies. They are going through alot of food. I have to have a constant supply of fresh veggies, and eggfood for them.
Heres a pic from today

Thought I would update:
Babies have all fledged the nest. There are 3 that are variegated and 2 solid.
They are a light peachy color.
Heres some pics I took today.
Some of the babies love to rock themselves to sleep on the swing.
Heres the youngest baby (the only one with red eyes) looks so cute like a baby chick
And heres one baby with mom. You can see the color difference.
Mom is on the left baby on the right.

Your canary babies are sweet and beautiful! So tiny!!! What are you going to do with them? Do you have potential homes for them?
