I'm just wondering if it's normal for canaries to waggle their tongue with an open beak? Beaker does this often and at first I thought it was the mites, but we've got those under control. Is this normal canary behavior or something else that needs to be addressed? Thanks in advance.

Sometimes they do this when they get a seed hull stuck in their mouth. From the videos that you posted, there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with her/him. Bob
