Anyone have Experience w Kurdsville Canary?

Although they are technically passerines, canaries tend to be managed uniquely, so here is a forum just for them!

Anyone have Experience w Kurdsville Canary?

Post by TailFeathers » Sat Dec 06, 2014 12:10 am

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone purchased a kurdsville canary? Has anyone raised a male or female or bred them with other canaries?

I tried purchasing one but the pet shop later changed their mind and refused because they would have to close their shop down for shipment purposes and one hen wasn't worth the time or money for them.

It makes me sad... But hopefully i can take this lost opportunity to gain more knowledge about it.

Thanks

I have never heard of this, I tried googling it and can't find info on them. Are they a special type?

Yes. It's on Google and youtube but his website isn't up anymore. It was canary science.com but you can see a YouTube video of it.
