I sold the previews canaries and I bought a pair of waterslagers, the female made a nest and start sitting but no eggs yet.

The truth is exactly the opposite.The mutation causing the dominant white coloration also messes with the birds' ability to assimilate and process vit. A.....

The recessive white mutation does not affect the vit. A metabolism,
Recessive whites cannot accumulate carotenoids,thats why they cannot produce vit.A.And thats why they are whites without a lipochrome,red or yellow,ground.Just see their fat.
Dominant whites are just fine to the vit.A metabolism.
