The parents have four eggs as of this morning.
It will be interesting to see what comes next?

The chicks are 26 days old today! They are making a nuisance of themselves! I have seen them eat on their but occasionally beg from dad, as mom is on four eggs! They fledged over a week ago, and I think it's time to put them on their own? What do you all think?

If it was me, I'd move the babies now. The point you have seen them all eat on their own would be enough to get them out of the way. If you set up a weaning/flight cage for them make sure you place a few bowls of water, seeds, millet and fresh foods so they have plenty of choice and everything is sitting on the floor for easy access.
The 4 eggs are priority now so you need focus from both parents for these. The few days in between the eggs hatching will now give dad a rest too. All he has to do is look after the hen and even then if she needs a top up of food can come off the nest and eat herself.
The babies are looking lovely, well done!

BigBear0007 yes I agree with Animalzoo if you seen them eating on their own they should be ok in their own flight cage. but give them plenty of foods to choose from exspecially soft foods until you know for sure they can crack a seed.

They are doing fine in the flight with some gouldians.
I had to remove the Parsons because they were chasing them around.
There wasn't even any crying for the parents.
The parents are sitting tight on four eggs, and it's as if the parents don't even realize that they are gone!

hi BigBear0007 How's the eggs turning out. I see you use a side nest. I have a bunch of them but none of my pairs have chose to use them as of yet. I think its because I need to purchase a liner for them first to encourage them its a safe nest. Let me know how your clutch is doing and keep us updated.

So far so good, the hen is sitting tight and the male feeds her.
I haven't candles the eggs but the egg shells are darker so I m sure they are good.
The first two babies are in the fight with a male Fife canary who is going through a molt.

Hi Jerry, my red babies look just like yours. Are you going to feed them red foods? I've been adding some colorants to mine already just in case. All my babies are in the red colour scheme and none of them have come out as red as the parents. I love the feather patterns, mine are similar too. I think thats called Agate isn't it? So they are red agate mosiacs?
@Jamm972 I didnt think you had dark reds, yours are intensive red factors aren't they?

Re: My Reds have eggs!
I don't think they're mosaic but the agate part is correct.
I really want to wait on the colour feeding till I see what the come to be after the first moly.
I had a very similar pair of reds before and all their babies looked like the darker barber and at three months they turned red.
The parents are not colour fed and you see how red dad is.

Animalzoo Zorro is a red mosaic or an agate nosaic anyway. Remember one of the babies skin was really dark and I didn't know what to think of it.
So technically I have 2 now lol
