Canary? Frilled Canary? Canary/Finch Hybrid?! I have no idea

Although they are technically passerines, canaries tend to be managed uniquely, so here is a forum just for them!

Back to the topic--
I'd say it is a frilled canary that is the result of a frill x normal canary.

Are there any members here that raise frilled canaries? They might know for sure.

Canaries ARE finches but in this world they are treated separately from 'finches'. So asking if it is a canary or a finch makes sense here.
