There be babies (Timbrado) update

Of the five eggs laid last week, two hatched. The babies seem to be doing fine.

The first baby left the nest today. It is still a little clumsy, of course, but it is getting around.

I noticed that the hen kept up a strange call during the day, almost as if it were calling the babies out of the nest. I didn't know that the parents could do that.
