Hand rearing a canary chick

I have 3 chicks...2 are nearly ready to leave the nest. They have been practicing their flying. The 3rd is smaller and has further growing needed.
The hen is doing it all alone and we are concerned that when the bigger 2 leave the small one will be left..Im really hoping that it will be ok.
What do I do if it is abandoned..I have chick formula and syringes for the just in case situation but never hand reared before...
