I saw a very pretty pearl cockateil flying around amidst a flock of wild nandays at the beach a couple of weeks ago. It was a very windy day and the flock was screaming through the air like racing pigeons, stopping every so often to feast on palm seeds. I kept an eye on it for a while but in no way did this bird look like it had any intentions or desire to be brought back to captivity. Bob
