As I never been to lovebird before I want to ask some questions regarding LB:

1. I want to put maybe 3-4 pairs inside my previous 20 sqft aviary. But maybe I have to introduce it pair by pair as I am looking for fine specimens also for fund limitation. Is it possible? will the first pair attack newly introduced pair?

2. I always like my aviary decorated with greenery, I know hookbill will destroyed them in just a matter of days or weeks, so I am gonna use fake plants. is plastic acceptable? silk?

3. Is there a possibility that pairs will switch mate/partner later?

It might work out since its an aviary setting.

I know when I had lovebirds they were in cages, and its a big no no to put 2 or more pairs together especially if they are breeding.

So the aviary, I think will be ok. You would just have to watch though.
As for plants, well mine chewed everything, even wood. And would reduce it to splinters. Fake plants as well as silk were chewed.

BUT you could try a few plants and see if they go at them or not.

Be sure to provide lots of toys, and shredable toys in the aviary for them to play with instead.

Introduce all the pair's at one time .
Keep all the nest box'es at the same height .
Use various size's of wooden perche's/branche's and be prepared to change these as the bird's will gnaw/chew and strip these .
If the bird's are young and not bonded they may well switch partner's when left to themselve's .
I would expect the birds to destroy any plastic or silk plant's so avoid the expence .
I use sally , willow and hazel branche's for my lovebird's in their flight's and they seem quite content , stripping the bark off these and lining their nestboxe's .
20 foot square is adequate for 3 pair's max I would think .
