Hand Taming My Budgies

While working on hand taming my budgies, I had some great results with two of my females, Leftie and Coraline. Coraline sat on my uncle's hand for about five minutes and Leftie sat on my hand for like twenty minutes. Leftie even got on my Mom's hand and let her carry her back to the cage. I wish I got pictures, but I didn't want to stress them too much. It's been a losing battle with Carlisle and Esme. Both of them bite REALLY hard and refuse to sit on anybody's hand. After the taming session I let them all sit on top of the cage and go back in when they felt like it. By the time I went to turn the lights out in the room only Carlisle was still out, but I caught him super quick and put him back before closing up the cage and turning out the lights. My Zebra Finches, Whipped and Cream, were surprisingly calm during all this commotion, Cream didn't even leave the nest. Whipped was perfectly fine, even when one or two of the budgies landed on top of the Zebra Finches cage.

Sounds like your having good results with Leftie and Coraline. Maybe Carlisle and Esme will come around in time.
good luck
