Bourkes and Rubinos

I noticed my rubino and bourke feeding one another today, do you think they would mate and if so what would their babies be like?

Not too sure of the exact age but I believe they are only youngsters

For hens it is recommended that they between a year to 14 months before breeding, males can be bred a bit sooner.

this is a very handy site to bookmark. It provides a genetic calculator for many species.

Scroll through the little option box under "Select a Species" (right of the page and tag Neophmas, tag Bourke Parrots and it will take you to a calculator, plug in your info on each bird and it will give you an estimated percentage as to what to expect.
