She's here!
Something I have always wanted but didn't have the time for or no money. I have always wanted a big parrot! I brought her home today! I still have no name for her. I been thinking and thinking I want a name that will reflect how beautiful she is. May be you guys that are also bird lovers can help me.

Well Mona is out of the question. I had a goat named that! hehehe Charlotte and Scarlet hmmmm I will have to think those two over. Belle I like but not for her. It just doesn't fit. Thanks, I'm sure she will have a name soon.

Congrats, she is gorgeous! I'll move this thread to the All Things Hookbill forum, so other owners of parrots can see her.

She is gorgeous. How about Anemone, her colors remind me of those underwater sea creatures.

Re: She's here!
How about "Colors"...she has beautiful Colors. My first pair of Gouldians were named "Bow", my male's name, short for Rainbow and the hen is named "Colors". After several years together, Bow and Colors are still happy together!
