Your feathered babies are gorgeous, Cindy.
I always enjoy the baby pictures, followed by the adult result pictures.

I just love the Rubino colours. Do they have red eyes ?

Wow! that lighting makes the yellow really POP! Sooo pretty. Cindy how are bourke's personality-wise? They seem very gentle in our pet store.

They are by far one of my favorite of the grasskeets. They can be tamed, can talk a little. If hand fed some remain very tame if worked with (depends on the individual bird). Some of my males that are my breeders come right up to me and take treats from me.

Young that are hand fed are less flighty, some I can reach in and pick up. Males can be super sweet. I have some hens that come check me out!!!

By grasskeet room is my favorite bird room!!

Bourkes are my favorite.... that is why when I go to clean the cages and room it takes me twice as long, I take pictures, talk a bit to them. My husband took the afternoon off and I was cleaning the bourke room, I kept taking pictures, down loading them and posting to some of the groups....came out a few times to do this, each time saying this is the last group of pictures....

Wish you were closer I have lots of offspring from several pairs available!!

Oh my days I'd of definitely had some from you Cindy,

That's a very nice offer and thank you for the thought :D

I'm sure that there are loads of grass meet breeders here where I am,

My best bet is to join our national parrot society, incidentally the UK's no : 1 avian vet Alan k Jones is actually the chairman of the society,

I think that this would be a good place for me to start :-BD

Hope you find some, they love space to fly and fun to watch, their pleasant sounds are soft. You will not be disappointed!!!
