I'll screenshot the emails and compile them together, and post them in order. It will take me a few days of going back and forth with them . heehee

Babs

Tried asking them for a phone number?
It would be such an obvious thing for a seller to provide.
Also, asking if you could drop by in person to see the bird, as you happen to pass by soon.
Though the latter in particular might end communications.

Ahhh! Good idea! *-:) I will ask for that on my next reply (getting the phone number) . Although it might be hard to get a recording of the conversation I can post.

If they are, as I suspect, in a different country (even continent, probably), they are unlikely to give you one, or at most will suggest using Skype or WhatsApp, in which case please try and recognize their accent! ;-)

I haven't gotten a reply since I asked about the rabies shot. Someone might have tipped him off about the rabies shot, as I notice it is not mentioned in the add about the african grays. :-W

I'll send some tempting emails over the next few days mentioning tempting $$ into the equation and see what happens?

I offered $ (never said how much) and they (of course) emailed me back with an offer to pick her up or for shipping. Hahaha! So I'm going to get back to them today.

I'm sure they will claim they live too far away to pick her up and they will have to ship. I just woke up and I'm getting ready to start work.

I need to find a way to compile the emails in screenshots so I can show the back & forth today. Their predictability gives me the giggles.

If he tells me he lives too far away and has to ship , I was laughing at the thought of saying:

"oh my brother lives just down the street. He doesnt have a car, but he could pick her up on his BICYCLE with $$ in hand" just for entertainment purposes. :YMSMUG:

I sent an email asking how far away he lives from a nearby city. And that money wasn't an issue.

Let's see what response I get to asking about his location.
