Diamond Dove Reddish color on breast feathers

Hi there I have a pair of diamond doves that i keep in a large cage with a pair of Gouldian finches. Recently I noticed the Diamond hen is looking a little bedraggled and there were odd red rust-like markings on her breast.

I have some pics, sorry for the blurriness it is hard to get them to stay still

I know they are prone to night frights even with a nightlamp, could it be something to do with molting?
