Pigeons and finches
I kind of want to buy a couple pigeons for my aviary when it's done but the obvious question is will they get on with finches okay and I was unable to find a comprehensive answer. I know doves do but pigeons are a bit bigger than other doves. Thoughts?

Most likely yes - though male pigeons can be aggressive, they are not nearly agile enough to catch a finch.

Re: Pigeons and finches
In general, I wouldn't mix birds of such different size even if aggression is not an issue.
Bigger and bolder finches like Javas maybe, but not smaller ones.
Even of doves, I'd only consider the smallest ones like Diamind doves.

My finches have always gotten along fine with a ringneck dove and cockatiels.
