After a long and difficult search for a pair of buttons in my area. I decided that it would not only be easier, but more special if i created my own incubator, and raised them myself from eggs. Not only is it affordable, but a fun experience. Ill be ordering supplies to make it next week. Not sure if anyone here would be interested in the updates on my project, but i thought it would be fun to share.

Good luck with your incubator build! My husband and I used a Little Giant incubator during our attempted button hatches and had no luck. We talked a bit about building our own, but ended up just picking up a few chicks. (All of which turned out to be male. Go figure.)

Look forward to hearing about your button quail adventures!
