Well I doubt any of my societies are carrying the ino gene. So I guess I will be shopping for one :D Do you sell any of yours and where are you located?

Long way to go for a society. I appreciate all the information though and I can see why you raise these. Very beautiful birds. :D Please post some pictures of yours when you can.

I love crested finches! Their perpetual bad hair days make me feel a little better!
Goldbreast (Cooper), RCCB (Cobalt), Orange Cheek (Twitter), Owls (Finnick & Rue)
Maroon bellied conure (Boop)
7 bearded dragons (Casey, Clover, Emily, Jethro, Piggy, Amber, Gretta)
6 leopard geckos (Wilma, Loopy, Lena, Curry, Spazzy, Snipper)
Wonderful Sheltie (Wolfie)

I talked with the lady that I bought the ino hen from and she has 2 more hens that color. One unrelated and the other from the same parents. I don't believe either one has the crest though. I am fascinated by their colors. I am going to pick them up when I go to the mobile, AL show and set them up with a couple of my males. Then maybe I can breed those offsprings and get some inos :D
They are so pretty and their eyes are really cool 8)

She is so pretty, the crest looks like some fancy hairstyle.
