My silver Gould Has blue feathers
My silver white breast male gould ive noticed has some light blue feathers coming in on his back and a few flight feathers have light blue on them. Is this Normal Or is he actually a pastel blue? Ill try to post a pic

I am assuming that a pic would definately help to shed some light on the situation. If he is getting some blue feathering IMHO he probably is a pastel..

I cant get a larger picture of your bird and it may be my monitor but the whole back seems like it's light blue. How old is he and is he finished with his adult moult yet??
Are you sure it's not a SFYellowBlue and because of the white breast it appears "silver"

I have no idea what i have All i know is he was hatched around 4-5 months ago. He is all white/silver with white coming in on his breast he does sing so im guess he is a he lol. no he hasnt gone through his adult molt yet. im gonna find out from my friend whom i got him from what his parents are

Sounds like what Debbie said. You have a wb pastel which appears silver because of the WB. I have one as well and hope mine has as much blue when he gets his adult feathers. I think it's so pretty.

Pastels often have some blue/ black feathers, because they have only one yellow/pastel factor. But some of my my double factor silvers are light blue on the back. Looks nice for me.
