My new finch(out of quarintine)

I have a new zebra finch she is a fawn normal she was in (quarintine) for like 35 days and and taz is afraid of her i think he runs from her and sings alot, how long now until the process of breeding begins

They will proceed at their own pace, sometimes it is fairly soon, sometimes they seem to take forever to like each other.

weird thing is that she fluffs up mainly all the time,but she is actually singing it is so cool he starts making these weird sounds like a drumroll, by the sound is so amazing.
