But so far he does not seem to like the red veggies I give him (carrots, yams and red bell pepper), especially the red bell peppers.
That's funny that he doesn't like red bell peppers because paprika is made of red bell peppers and chili peppers.

Maybe you can dry a pepper, dehydrate maybe, and then grind it up to sprinkle over his food like you did the paprika? Just a thought

Drying and grinding the red bell pepper sounds like an idea.
With the paprika he doesn't have a choice, I sprinkle it on the veggies, so to eat the green veggies, he has to eat the paprika. It is when the chopped up veggie pieces are big enough that he ignores the red colored veggies.

I just checked my bottle of paprika, ingedients is paprika and silcon dioxide (to make it free flowing), so no preservatives.
