Because it's still 08. :wink:

Some birds just take longer to color out. I have a couple of birds form 07 that still have some of their grey feathers and their clutch mates were completely colored out a year ago.

Itook my female gould 5 months after i got her before she colored out. my male and female look so good now and the males colors are so intense.
