Breeding Season is Here!
My Gouldians are officially done with their molt and breeding season is here! They laid their first eggs a few days ago. My societies are sitting on 9 eggs (yes, 9 eggs). The most I have ever had with them. I don't think they care about the seasons, lol. My strawberries are due in the spring but I am still learning about them.
Oh, I am getting a yellow Gouldian pair soon so I am very much excited about that. I contemplated on re-homing one of my GB pair but I don't think I can do it.
Good luck this breeding season and away with the pin feathers! I know you guys like pictures and my guys are not camera shy at all.

Societies and strawberry finch pictures attached. The strawberry finch is very skittish and I can never get a good shot of them. I hope they calm down at some point.

Beautiful set ups. And the cages look super clean!

I'm sorry about your birds Colt. Speaking of bad luck, my friend just lost her lavender yesterday and I am devastated for her. It will get better and may the finch gods bless you with plenty of chicks this season.
