Looking through properly the quality of your zebras are very much the same as mine,

I've done exceptionally well with mine on the show bench over the last few years exhibiting at champion level,

Do you exhibit your zebs and have you done any good with them,

There's some silvers and penguins of yours that I really like the look of and should think yer birds would do rather well :-BD
I have been approach to show...thought about it.... a new club just started in northern Florida that does showing..... the older club that went between a couple of places for the showing/judging just stopped doing so.

Oooow.....now we're talking, very nice indeed, surely you must seriously exhibit these birds cindy, I definitely would,

Incidentally I'd be very interested to know how our English birds compare size wise and shape to most zebras that are out in the states,

When I last communicated with Garrie I was under the influence that they were a little on the small size,

No wander you managed to get some English birds then

Well done for observing these birds and being quick on the mark in getting em, how long have you personally been breeding this particular strain for :D

I prefer the English to the standard size. Standard is so small compared to some of the English

Cindy, your birds are seriously top quality stock, there's absolutely no denying that, I'm being onest that I seriously think these birds will do well,

I'd luv to see these birds in a show cage in front of me on a judging stand :-BD

If you've never exhibited these before I'm sure you'll luv it as it opens up a whole new world and the people who you'll meet and can make friends with is a treasure to behold :-BD

A lot of the clubs that do the showing have folded. When we moved from southwestern Florida (we had a great club down there that did showing/judging also) and we came to the Tampa St Pete area there was a club that did a lot of showing with a judging section, great two day show... that folded too...loved that show!!!

Arh...shame really, it seems that you may have to travel a little distance to some of the decent shows that are out your way,

Yes I know only to well about clubs folding up,

When I was younger I grew up and came from southeast London and there were loads of clubs about and when I moved to Kent there were still loads of clubs to exhibit at but sadly a lot of these are long gone, I can count probably in excess of about 10 clubs or more that were quite big clubs in there own right and this is just in Kent alone and now all folded, I think there's now about 6 normal cage bird clubs here in Kent, luckily 3 of em are quite close to me, my local club is about 1.5 miles away so not to bad really
