Java Finch leg band size?

I recently got a trio of Java finches. I may be getting a couple more this weekend. As you know they are monomorphic. One of them is a singer so has to be a male. But he looks just like the others who may be females. I want to color band him for quick easy identification.

Looking on line there are several sizes quoted: 3.94mm; 3.5mm; 'size K'; 'XB' and "large canary".
I'd appreciate it if those of you with Javas tell me what size you use. This for open plastic ID bands.
Also, where you buy them.
