Saddle Back Society

Here is one of the societies that fledged today. It is one of the ones that the baby gould that died was with. It is a saddleback.

John, that is so unique and adorable to. I love the all white and that little brown triangle on it's back. That's a keeper for sure!

I have 2 pair of saddleback societies. A chocolate pair and a fawn pair. They are not common. When they breed you get saddlebacks, red eye whites, and ocassionally creams. The creams are absolutey gorgeous. And they always have red eyes. I 've gotten two so far in the past year.

That is a cutie. I love the saddleback but had no idea that they would through the red eyes or creams. Learn something new everyday. :)
