my adult zebs have layed 3 eggs.All of them have hatched but two of them are blind .this is the first time the parents have layed eggs and they are not inbred. the 2 chicks that are blind are white, but not albinos because the beaks are yellowish coloured and have several grey plumes. What is the problem?

And they are blind? I have never had a blind bird.
Although I have heard of white dogs and cats sometimes being either blind or deaf. It's appearently not uncommon.
My dad has a white cat that is deaf and she is not a true albino because she has a blue eye and also a green eye.

Apparently this is a fairly common condition with Gray Cheeks. Are you sure that's not what mutation you are dealing with here? Here's the Yahoo link....
