How are the owls doing? IM probably gonna get a pair eventually. i might stick with zebras until i actually build an outdoor aviary.

jamezyboo21....thanks for asking. Buzz & BeeBop seem to be doing really well...the Zebs and Goulds are curious about them but I am not observing any agression so far. I just love the little "pee,,,pee" sounds they make. They really get going when I vacuum....lol.

Here are some more bragging pics. :D

They really look nice. i wanted to get a pair but the only place here that has them, sells them for $120 a piece. My budgies go crazy everytime i use the vacuum cleaner.

I planted some bird seed. A bird came up. Now I don't know what to feed it.

I just got a male owl and he sings lovely. However he makes a squeaking noise like a loud "thee thee" much like the female zebra I re-homed. Do your's make this sound? They sure are nice looking birds and entertaining! Mine is always busy....

your's are very cute! how do they interact with your herd? Mine seems to be passive and hangs with the star finches most often.

Both my male and female Owls do the "thee" sound. They do it right after I get done vacuuming because as the motor is winding down it sort of sounds like that noise they make and they start calling to the vacuum....so funny! :D

They get along nicely with my zebras and gouldians. They are a tad more flighty but are gradually settling down as they get used to me and their new home.

And my Zebra's are not at all aggressive in fact they get bossed around by the Gouldians...lol.
