Very sorry for your loss. It's hard losing a beloved pet especially after all the years you spent with him. I hope his girlfriend will adjust.

Sorry for your loss. Regarding his longevity - I am sure it was a combination of the proper genes but also good care. Give yourself a pat on the back. You deserve it.
