European Goldfinch Keepers?

Hello friends, me too I am new with raising european and himalayan goldfinch and looking for the best seed mix option available, I already did a little of serch and the best will be buying from Abba but they shipping from New York and I live in California very expensive shipping fees. Anyone who live in california had luck with a good mix ?

Just wondering if we were sure that starchy seeds are bad for goldfinches? I would think a starchy diet woukd cause a fatty liver mirs than a high fat diet.
