I have heard of "vampiric" finches, as well as other birds which eat things WAY out of the norm. NZ Parrots, the Kaka's, apparently have been documented killing baby birds of other species, and attacking sheep in some cases (I've heard). Pelicans are known to eat pigeons, baby ducklings and similar. I've seen egrets on Youtube doing the same. They eat squirrels, rats, mice, ducklings etc.
Nature is NOT nice!
