Liz it's a yellowhammer or yellow bunting... over here nests in long grass at the end of a tunnel as do our skylarks.
Their song is known over here as "A little bit of bread and no cheeeeeeese" because that's what it sounds like...Nice eh?
A lot of song birds are getting rarer over here but I live in an area where these are still plentiful.

haha thats funny.. in swedish it sounds like the say "one two three four five six seeeevvveeen"
